The Irishman started Irish Brothers LLC in 2014, he is a life-long construction professional and an excellent businessman, but it's not about him - it's about the team.
Here at Irish Brothers we work together to bring strength, knowledge and grit to get the job done. This is how the Irishman was raised, and this is how we do business.
Director of Estimating/ Industrial Engineering/ Project Management
Michael Neiiendam is a proud Navy veteran with years of experience supervising, operating, and maintaining naval nuclear reactors. His keen sense of attention to detail ensures that no stone is left unturned. He has a wide variety of experiences both in the construction industry and in the nuclear Navy giving him a unique ability to create and instill highly efficient practices and risk analysis in estimating, operating, and business procurement. Michael is passionate about what he does and strives to achieve first time quality at the fastest rate possible.
Mary McGregor Smith
Mary came to us with a wealth of experience that includes 30 plus years as Executive Secretary to company Presidents and Project Managers. She is eager to learn the construction business and help us expand our available resources to clients and employees.
Mary enjoys the company of her friends, coworkers and family - as well as her adorable cat.
Human Resources & Marketing Director
Jessie has worked remotely for Irish Brothers since 2017. Jessie has a wide experience with both commercial and residential design, graphic design and marketing as well as over 10 years in management and human resources.
When she isn't chasing around her three daughters, she is our go-to person for employee advocation and relations, office support and management, as well as online presence and commerce.
Matt excels in negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements then obtaining permits and licenses from all appropriate authorities associated with the project. Matt communicates with all our different construction workers and managers across each project to ensure all tasks are performed correct and promptly. His communication is what makes him such a strong project manager.
Director of Trucking
Mark Gundrum is the director of all Irish Brothers trucking operations. He is the sole overseer of day to day operations for our fleet of road bound vehicles. With many years of experience in the construction industry and the armed forces (U.S. Army), he helps formulate solutions for difficult situations on and off the road. In addition, his two decades of law enforcement experience enables him to make critical, time sensitive decisions. Integrity, good judgement, and overall real world experience makes him a well rounded company leader and customer asset.
Jenne has worked with Irish Brothers since 2018. She has over 20 years experience collectively, working administratively within the service industry. She serves a key role on our team.
She manages the administrative side of our company that focuses on internal controls. She is our go to person for billing, payroll processing and vendor relations. Ask her anything and she'll help you get your answer!
Director of Operations/ Business Acquisition
Will Unterseher plays a vital role in our operations from acquiring the next piece of heavy equipment to securing the next big job. He operates with the best interests of the company in mind, capitalizing on new deals across the northwest and playing a large role in developing up and coming markets. Here at Irish Brothers he has the unique opportunity to bounce from estimating and project management to being on site cutting finish grade. His passion for construction stems from pure enjoyment of good old fashioned hard work as well as creating highly efficient, mass production crews operating at their full potential.
Lead Supervisor/ Foreman
Alfred is the backbone of Irish Brothers. His fierce motivation and determination set the precedent for all employees to follow. Alfred is the means by which our boots on the ground carry out their missions effectively.
Isabella assists the team with planning throughout the entire project cycle. This includes answering calls, scheduling appointments, procuring supplies, ensuring that the project is compliant with pertinent regulations, etc. She also breaks down tasks into smaller bulks to help the team work more efficiently. Isabella is a valuable team member and excels at her administrative duties. Our team project administrator works together with estimating and project management to calculate metrics, estimating costs, schedules, and budgets.
